so kind and on top of things, always responds quickly and takes pride in the space. The common areas are super clean and very well maintained. It's a high quality space with a friendly community of chefs, product manufacturers and food prep service. We absolutely love it here and have recommended it to several of our chef friend. The management team is great! They handle concerns promptly, and have been very reasonable and understanding when we have made mistakes. The facility is well kept, and when the fridge and dry storage areas got crowded, the management team added more shelves to handle the additional bandwidth.

This facility is a dream. The price is so reasonable compared to what you'd get somewhere else. Your private kitchen with 24 hour access and all utilities included in the rent. I loved my space and look forward to knocking on Elad's door as soon as I get more contracts. I should get on the waiting list now... The nicest landlord you can find too!
